Is there a place where you can really get free money?

I’ve seen this ad on television for a book that says you can get free money to pay bills and such and I’m wondering if there is such a thing and,if so,where I can find it without paying for the book? Is the book all it’s cracked up to be? Is it worth it? If so,how? If not,why not?
To all: I figured it was a scam. If it sounds too good to be true,then it must be.

It’s a scam. Don’t give them a penny. There is no such thing as "free money" to pay bills. The way it works is that we work, we pay bills, we save………he who does not work does not eat.
