Nov. 26 (Bloomberg) — Simon Hayes, head of financial services at Odgers Berndtson, talks with Bloomberg’s Rishaad Salamat about changes to U.K. bank bonus rules and corporate governance proposed by David Walker in a government-commissioned report.
